This is an old video of a favorite local trail here in Central Florida. I consider it my home trail because I am only a few miles away from the trailhead. Not to mention this was the trail I learned to mountain bike on just s few short years ago.
Soldiers Creek is a 1.3 mile loop broken into 4 sections. It is fast and well maintained by James Kennedy (trail boss). A local challenge is to complete 10 laps in under an hour. There a couple of bike shops within an 10 mile radius and 2 local breweries to boot.
I prefer Olde Towne Cyclery for service and The Hourglass Brewery for some fantastic beers and music depending on the day.

Update (05-2017)
The trailhead has reopened after the ball field expansion. Some of the major improvements are a bike wash station, picnic table and a bike repair stand with tool.
